Based in Geneva, IL, the work combines senior-level systems and software experience with the discipline that comes from building infrastructure that has to be right, because real capital runs on it.

Rich has spent his career building trading, market, and enterprise systems in finance and other demanding, high-reliability environments. He founded Termondt Tech to build the technology behind systematic trading operations—applying the same engineering standards to infrastructure running real capital that those environments demanded.
